Apparently young Hollywood received a memo this week to darken their locks. Ashlee Simpson unveiled a dark red hue and Miley Cyrus, a.k.a Hannah Montana, debuted a new look at the premiere of "Best of Both Worlds."The drastic hair color makeover sparked a healthy debate between me and my fellow fill-in on the Dish Rag, Stephanie Lysaght. (Remember, Elizabeth is on celebrity snow patrol at Sundance.)
Steph thought Miley went totally glam, describing her as a "younger, cute version of Megan Fox." I thought she'd aged herself a bit, looking way too hard for a young Disney starlet and more on the goth side. Morticia Addams, anyone?
So what are a guy and gal to do but leave it to the popular vote to decide. (I've got lunch at the Ivy riding on this one, so don't let me down. Well, actually it's a soup and salad combo at the L.A. Times commissary, but the Ivy sounded better, right?)
